Step 1: Click the window symbol or the start menu which is in the bottom left corner of your screen. Scroll down and select Settings.

Step 2: On the screen that appears in the search box type ‘reset’ and you can observe an option ‘Reset this PC’, click on it.
Step 3: On the options that appear on the screen under ‘Reset this PC’, click on ‘Get started’.
Step 4: In the pop-up that appears you need to select one of the two options. The first option is to reset Windows 10 without losing files ie. reset Windows is done by keeping safe your files. The second option clears everything from the device and has the PC as it was on the first day.
